Pelvic Release Work
Internal pelvic release work to optimise your body during pregnancy for birth preparation. IPR is available from 20 weeks onwards if needed to address pain or discomfort in pregnancy. For birth preparation, the ideal time to book is 1 or 2 sessions from 32 weeks onwards.
Offered to women outside of pregnancy experiencing pelvic pain, endometriosis, sexual dysfunction, and various other conditions.
